Built for the Moments When Speed & Access Matter.

Self-service inspections provide a flexible option for capturing inspection data when a traditional on-site visit isn’t necessary or practical. They work well for preliminary inspections to quickly assess damage, pre-purchase inspections for vehicles or equipment, and fleet inspections where multiple assets need to be documented efficiently.

They can also support arbitration or dispute resolution, providing clear visual documentation, and are especially useful in remote or low-coverage areas where sending an inspector may be difficult or delayed. By enabling guided photo capture and structured submissions, self-service inspections help teams gather reliable information faster while keeping the claims process moving.

Built-In Fraud Prevention

Self-service inspections require live media capture, ensuring photos and videos are taken in real time during the inspection process—not uploaded from a camera roll or recycled from previous claims. This added layer of verification helps reduce the risk of fraudulent submissions while giving insurers greater confidence in the authenticity of the documentation they receive.

What Self-Service Inspections Can Verify

Guided capture workflows make it easy to document and verify key vehicle details during an inspection. This can include VIN verification, dashboard warning lights, visible fluid leaks, wheel or tire damage, and other exterior or interior conditions. By prompting users to capture specific photos and videos, insurers receive consistent, reliable documentation that helps validate vehicle condition and support faster claim decisions.

How are self-service inspections handled?
You simply use our software.  Login to your account, request an inspection and the point-of-contact of your choosing will instantly receive a request to complete an inspection via SMS or by email.  Your point-of-contact just needs a mobile device, such as a cell phone or tablet.
What if i don't want to use my personal phone?
We store no personal information. It works like pulling up a restaurant menu. Any cell phone, tablet, or forwarded email link works.
What if the car is no longer here?
No problem — call us when the vehicle returns. Links are valid for 48 hours and can be resent, which renews the expiration time.
Is there any special application or software required?
No.  Since our self-service inspection send a SMS or email, you just simply need a mobile device with a data plan or WI-FI.  The link will open the web browser on the mobile device.  From there it’s as easy as answering a few questions and taking some photos and videos.
Is the self-service compatible with all devices?
Yes.  It works with both IOS and Android devices.
Why not just send an inspector?
An inspection is a required part of the claims process. Self-service saves the shop time — no pushing the car out of the bay, no waiting, no rescheduling.
Can photos or videos be uploaded from the device or a file?
No.  Our software requires the point-of-contact to use the native camera and video recorder.  No files can be uploaded.
What if i don't have the time?
Average completion time is under 10 minutes. It's faster than waiting for an on-site inspector and results in quicker claim approvals.
How long does a self-service inspection take to complete?
That depends on your point-of-contacts availability. We have seen inspections done in less than 10 minutes!
How will I know the inspection has been completed?
Once the point-of-contact completes the inspection and take the required photos and videos; they simply select complete.  You will instantly receive the inspection report by email or through an existing API.
